The Samsung 50-Inch M70H is a Mini LED television, which is the part worth paying attention to
at this size. Mini LED uses far smaller backlight elements than a conventional
LED panel, so the set can hold bright highlights and deep blacks in the same
frame instead of washing the whole scene toward grey.

Pure Spectrum Colour handles the colour side, and the panel supports HDR10+
and HLG so streaming HDR content is displayed as it was graded rather than
flattened. For gaming there is ALLM and VRR, which keep input lag down and
motion clean without you configuring anything.

It runs Tizen with Samsung Vision AI, giving you the streaming apps and
Samsung TV Plus free channels built in, plus Knox security protecting the device
from unauthorised apps. Three HDMI inputs, one with eARC, cover a soundbar and
two sources.
