The FlexStyle Multi-Styler HD430C is a powerful hair dryer and a versatile styling wand sharing a single body. Rotate the handle and the dryer becomes a styler, then click on whichever attachment suits the look you are after. Shark measures and regulates the air temperature 1,000 times per second, so the tool holds a steady temperature instead of getting hotter the longer it runs, which is what lets you style while your hair is still drying.

It is built for every hair kind: straight, wavy, curly and coily. The 1,300 watt motor does the fast drying, the two 1.25 inch auto-wrap curlers use Coanda technology to wrap and set a curl on their own, and the oval and paddle brushes cover everything from a smooth blowout to added volume. At just over 1.5 pounds the styler stays easy to hold through a full styling session, and the 2.44 metre cord gives you room to move around a bathroom or bedroom mirror.

The controls are physical buttons with indicator dots rather than a digital readout, so there is no temperature display and no heat ready indicator on the handle.
