The Ninja Foodi FlexBasket Air Fryer DZ071C is built around a single drawer that works two ways. Insert the divider and you have two independent 3.5 qt baskets, one for a protein and one for a side. Lift it out and the same drawer becomes a single 7 qt MegaZone, wide enough for a 4 lb roast with vegetables packed around it. One machine, two layouts, and nothing extra to store.

With the divider in place, DualZone technology runs each half on its own time and temperature. Smart Finish staggers the two starts so both sides are ready at the same moment, and Match Cook copies one zone's settings straight across when you are cooking more of the same thing. A Zone 1, MegaZone and Zone 2 strip across the front shows which layout the machine is set up for.

What to know before you buy

The divider is a removable insert that lifts out of the centre of the basket, so the two zones share one cavity rather than sitting in separate drawers.
