The Express Chop NJ100C is Ninja's compact 200-watt food chopper, built for the jobs that quietly make cooking slow: dicing half an onion, mincing a clove of garlic, breaking down a handful of herbs, or pureeing the base of a sauce or dressing. It stands about 25.7 cm tall on a 14.5 cm footprint, so it stores in a cupboard or sits on the counter without claiming the space a full-size food processor demands.

Everything is driven by a one-touch Power Pod that seats on top of the bowl. Press and it chops; release and it stops. There are no programs to learn and no dial to set, and that is the point, because the only control that matters here is how long you hold it.
