Ninja DoubleStack 2-Basket Air Fryer SL201C 8 QT 6-in-1 - Open Box

The Ninja DoubleStack 2-Basket Air Fryer SL201C stacks its two drawers one above the other instead of setting them side by side, which is how it carries 8 quarts of capacity on a narrow footprint. Ninja rates the stacked design at 40% slimmer than a traditional two-basket air fryer. Each drawer holds 4 quarts and runs on its own time and temperature, so a protein and a side can cook at the same time without either one standing around waiting for the other.

What separates this machine from an ordinary two-basket fryer is the pair of removable stacked meal racks. Slide a rack into a basket and you get a second level inside that same drawer: vegetables on the crisper plate underneath, chicken on the rack above, with superheated air circulating around both. Two baskets running two levels each is where the four-foods-at-once claim comes from, and it happens in one machine rather than in batches.

Smart Finish takes care of the timing whenever the two baskets are set differently, so both sides reach the finish line together. Match Cook does the reverse: it copies one basket's settings across to the other so the full 8 quarts behaves as one batch, which Ninja measures at 4 lbs of chicken wings, or dinner for up to six people. Six programs cover Air Fry, Air Broil, Bake, Roast, Reheat and Dehydrate, chosen from a digital panel with its own select key for each basket.

The unit runs at 1,690 watts on a standard 120 volt outlet. It measures 28.6 cm across the front by 45.2 cm deep, and stands 38.5 cm tall, which is what Ninja is pointing at when it says the stacked design still fits under standard upper cabinets. The baskets pull out on external handles and the nonstick crisper plates lift out for washing.
