Canadian vs International Samsung phones: what is different, and which warranty do you get?
Canadian Outlet sells many Samsung Galaxy phones in two versions: the Canadian version and the International version. Both are sold brand new and unlocked. The version is written in the product title, for example "Canadian Version" or "International Model".

The short answer
Canadian version
Released for the Canadian market. On the Galaxy S26 series, Z Fold8, Z Flip8 and Z Fold8 Ultra it comes with a 1-year Canadian Outlet store warranty. It costs more, and the longer warranty is part of what you pay for.
International version
Sourced for an international market, usually Dual SIM, with a lower price and the standard 90-day Canadian Outlet store warranty.

Which warranty do you get?
Canadian Outlet is the seller, so store warranty claims are handled directly by us:
- 1 year on the Canadian version of the Samsung Galaxy S26 series, Galaxy Z Fold8, Galaxy Z Flip8 and Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra.
- 90 days on all other products, including International versions of those models.
A manufacturer warranty is separate. Some models carry one and some do not, depending on the product and its condition. The store warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use; it does not cover physical or liquid damage, software issues, battery wear from normal use, or damage from improper use or unauthorized repairs. Returns
Same as every product: return within 14 days in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Brand New unopened: refund minus a 3% transaction fee and shipping costs; opened but unused: a 15% restocking fee also applies. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
