Ninja Foodi Power Mixer CI100C Immersion Blender Combo - Open Box

The Ninja Foodi Power Mixer CI100C puts a hand mixer and an immersion blender on the same 650-watt motor body, so one unit covers the jobs that normally take two appliances and two drawers of storage. Clip on the beaters to cream butter and sugar or beat a double batch of cookie dough, then pull them off, slide on the nine inch blending arm and puree soup straight in the pot. Nothing gets decanted into a countertop jug, and there is only one motor to wash around and put away.

The PowerBase senses which attachment is fitted and changes its speed range to match: five mixing speeds when the beaters are in, two blending speeds when the arm is on. You step through them with the up and down buttons on the grip, and the bar of indicator lights above shows where you are without taking your eyes far off the bowl. A separate turbo button gives a full power burst for the last stubborn lump, and smartTorque holds whatever speed you picked as the load gets heavier, so a stiff dough or a thick puree does not drag the motor into a slow crawl halfway through.

It is built for small kitchens as much as for keen bakers. The base and both attachments come apart and lay flat in a drawer, the 152 cm cord reaches past a crowded counter to the nearest outlet, and the beaters, whisk and blending arm are all dishwasher safe. The blending arm carries a built-in pan guard, which is the part that matters if you cook in enamel or nonstick: the stainless blade stays off the bottom and sides of the pan while it works.

Key Features

• 650-watt PowerBase: one power-dense motor body drives both the hand mixer and the immersion blender attachments.
• Attachment-aware speed control: 5 mixing speeds with the beaters fitted, 2 blending speeds with the arm fitted, set with up and down buttons.
• smartTorque: maintains the speed you selected through thick batters and heavy doughs instead of bogging down.
• 9 inch stainless steel blending arm: long enough for deep stock pots, with a built-in pan guard that keeps the blade off your cookware.
• EasyGlide beaters: more surface area folds air into batter faster, for lighter cakes and quicker whipped cream.
• Turbo button: an instant full power burst on top of the selected speed for the last of the lumps.
• Dishwasher safe parts: the attachments go straight in the rack, and the unit is BPA free.
• Drawer friendly: the base separates from both attachments and stores flat, with a 152.4 cm cord.
