The Weber Connect Smart Grilling Hub is a wireless thermometer that does the part of grilling most people get wrong. You tell the app what you are cooking and how you want it, and it counts down to readiness, tells you when to flip, and warns you before anything overcooks. The readout sits on the unit itself, and the same information goes to your phone.

It takes up to four probes, so a brisket, a rack of chicken and the ambient grill temperature can all be tracked at once. One meat probe and one ambient probe are in the box. Because it reads temperature rather than talking to the grill, it works on anything with heat — a Weber kettle, a pellet smoker, a gas barbecue or an indoor oven.
